Sahabat Insurance conducted a Christmas Charity in Medan

Medan, December 20 2024 – In the spirit of togetherness and compassion, PT Asuransi Sahabat Artha Proteksi (Sahabat Insurance) conducted a visit to Kasih Murni Teladan Medan Orphanage, located on Jalan Jl. Saudara Ujung, as part of this year’s Christmas celebration activities. This event aimed to share joy with the children of the orphanage and foster a sense of care within the community.

During the visit, several employees of Sahabat Insurance brought various essential supplies, such as staple goods, and cash donations. The event also included a prayer session and a warm interaction with the children at the orphanage.

Kasih Murni Teladan Medan Orphanage currently houses 34 children, cared for by dedicated guardians who live with the children. This place serves as a home for children from diverse backgrounds and regions who need support to grow and develop optimally.

Through this event, Sahabat Insurance hopes to continue contributing to creating happiness, especially during special moments like Christmas.

You’ve just gotten off the plane and you’re in a new country, ready for an amazing vacation! But time passes and the bags from your flight is missing. Do not panic. Here are the steps you must take if you lose your items while on vacation abroad:

Report to the nearest police station
Immediately report it to the nearest police station. Although the item may not necessarily be found, at least you will get a loss certificate which of course you really need for an insurance claim.

Come to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI)
If the lost item is a passport, immediately go to the local Indonesian Embassy (KBRI) or the local Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) to arrange for making a Passport-like Travel Letter (SPLP) as a passport replacement.

Insurance claim
The next step is to make a claim to the insurance.
