In observance of the New Year Public Holiday, we would like to inform all customers, partners, and related parties that our office operating hours will be adjusted as follows:

Thursday, January 1, 2026. Sahabat Insurance will be closed.
Friday, January 2, 2026. The office will resume normal operations in accordance with regular working hours.

During the holiday period, any requests or services requiring office operations will be processed on the next business day. We kindly ask for your understanding and encourage you to plan accordingly. Thank you for your attention, cooperation, and continued support. We wish you a Happy New Year filled with success and new opportunities.

Get acquainted with the Guiding Block!

Some people, especially those living in urban areas, are familiar with the yellow line across the sidewalk, the line is not a decoration but a guiding block for blind pedestrians.

In the language of guiding block, it means the blocks to guide the way. This facility was built as an effort by the government to provide access for blind people to be able to walk independently following the yellow line. Why does my vehicle repair take so long?

When you buy an insurance policy and make an insurance claim sometimes you wonder. Will my vehicle be repaired fast or long? What to do if your passport is lost or stolen while abroad?

The first thing you need to do is go to the local police station to report the theft or loss of your passport. This procedure will protect you in case of misuse of your passport. You will also receive a police report describing the circumstances of the loss or theft.

Tips: a scan or photocopy of a passport should be made before international trips. Photocopies should be kept in a location other than the actual passport, for extra security, in case something happens to the original document.

You must also report the loss or theft of your passport at the nearest embassy or consulate of your country of citizenship. If you are in possession of copies or scans of your passport, do enclose them in your report.

The following are the documents that must be prepared for processing lost/damaged passports at the immigration office:
1. Police Certificate (Lost or Stolen Passport)
2. Identity Card;
3. Family Card;
4. Birth certificate and/or School Diploma;
5. Old passport (especially for damaged passports).

Reporting of violations is addressed to the Whistleblowing Team and submitted in writing via the whistleblowing media as follows [email protected];

Whistle blowers can report indications/allegations of violations through the Whistleblowing System with the following terms and conditions:

Include valid evidence in the form of data, clear information on the occurrence of violations in connection with the indications/allegations of irregularities previously mentioned.
Reports are made in good faith and are not a complaint against a person, a particular company or slander.
The reporter must provide complete information about his identity to facilitate communication including full name, telephone number or email address where he can be contacted.
