Sahabat Insurance attended the press conference for the closing series of National Insurance Day 2025, held in Nusa Dua, Kuta Selatan, Badung, Bali. The event highlighted the ongoing challenge faced by the insurance industry: raising public awareness and understanding of the importance of insurance in everyday life.
National Insurance Day, celebrated annually on October 18, marks its 19th anniversary this year. In 2025, the event carried the theme "Insurance Literacy for the Nation : Understand – Own – Protect", reflecting the industry's commitment to promoting financial protection and inclusive insurance education across Indonesia.

Virtual Account - Sahabat Insurance

Virtual Account - Sahabat Insurance

In order to improve the quality of our services, we facilitate premium payments with payment services via Virtual Account (VA) which will be listed on every insurance policy of PT Asuransi Sahabat Artha Proteksi.

A Virtual Account is a digital payment method through an account that is created virtually for each customer. To make payments, customers will be referred to their own Virtual Accounts. A Virtual Account consists of a unique customer ID (you can find it in your premium note).

Following are the procedures for payment via BCA Virtual Account (VA):

m-BCA
1. Open m-BCA, select “m-Transfer”.
2. Select “BCA Virtual Account”.
3. Enter the Virtual Account number and click “OK”.
4. Input your transfer amount and click “OK”.
5. Confirm the transaction detail and click “OK”.
6. Enter m-BCA PIN.
7. Transaction is successful.

ATM BCA
1. Insert your BCA debit card and enter your PIN.
2. Select "Other Transaction”.
3. Select "Transfer”.
4. Select "BCA Virtual Account”.
5. Input "Virtual Account Number" select “OK”.
6. Input your transfer amount and click “OK”.
7. Confirm the transaction detail and click “OK”.
8. Your transaction is complete.

Transfer From Other Bank

Via Apps
1. Oper your Apps, input your code, select “Transfer”.
2. Select “Transfer - Other Bank”.
3. Select Bank BCA (014).
4. Enter your Virtual Account code on Beneficiary Account.
5. Input transfer amount, select “OK”.
6. Confirm the transaction detail, select “OK”.
7. Enter your PIN.
8. Transaction is successful.

Via ATM
1. Insert your card, input PIN, select “Transfer”.
2. Select “Transfer - Other Bank”.
3. Select Bank BCA (014).
4. Enter your Virtual Account code on Beneficiary Account.
5. Input transfer amount, select “OK”.
6. Confirm the transaction detail, select “OK”.
7. Enter your PIN.
8. Transaction is successful.

Insurance Requirements and Claim Procedures Motor Vehicle Insurance

Did you know, Motor Vehicle Insurance is a type of insurance or coverage that provides a guarantee or protection for loss, damage, loss caused by the risks guaranteed in the Motor Vehicle Insurance policy.
Loss and/or damage to the Motor Vehicle and/or the insured interest which is directly caused by:

Collision, impact, tipping over, slipping, or slipping;
The evil deeds of others;
Theft, including theft that is preceded or accompanied or followed by violence or threats of violence as referred to in Article 362, 363 paragraphs (3), (4), (5) and Article 365 of the Criminal Code;
Fires, including:

a. Fire due to fire of other objects adjacent to or storage of Motorized Vehicles;

b. Fire due to lightning strike;

c. Damage due to water and/or other tools used to prevent or extinguish fires;

d. The destruction of all or part of the Motorized Vehicle by order of the competent authority in an effort to prevent the spread of the fire.

Loss and/or damage caused by the above-mentioned events as long as the relevant Motor Vehicle is on board the ship for crossings under the supervision of the Directorate General of Land Transportation, including loss and/or damage caused by the ship in question having an accident.

Insurance Closing Requirements and Procedures Requirements to be insured:

Fill out the SPPA, with your ID card
Have an insurable interest in the object of coverage to be insured

Claim reports are made within a maximum period of 5 x 24 hours after the incident to Sahabat Insurance call center 021-50508080 or via email to [email protected] or visit the nearest Sahabat Insurance Branch Office.

Claim Documents
1. Fill out / complete the claim form
2. Photocopy of insurance policy
3. Photocopy of SIM and STNK
4. Local Police Certificate for vehicle claim in case of partial loss, total loss or involving a third party.
