Jakarta, May 7, 2026 — Fire prevention and emergency socialization initiatives are critical educational programs designed to raise awareness about fire risks and teach practical, life-saving skills. Sahabat Insurance conducted a fire prevention and emergency response socialization program on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the company’s headquarters. The event was held in a hybrid format, both online and offline, featuring the Head of the Sungai Bambu Firefighting Task Force Mr. Hamzah Arfah, S.Kom, M.A as the main speaker.

The program aimed to improve employees’ awareness and preparedness in dealing with potential fire hazards in the workplace. During the session, participants received education on fire prevention measures, proper use of fire extinguishers (APAR), emergency evacuation procedures, and initial response actions during fire incidents.

Mr. Hamzah Arfah, S.Kom, M.A  also shared practical tips on preventing office fires, including the importance of regular inspections of electrical installations and office equipment.
