Sahabat Insurance Held APU-PPT Training Programs for Insurance Agent

Jakarta, December 1st 2025 - Sahabat Insurance conducted an APU PPT (Anti–Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism) socialization program for all insurance agents as part of the company’s commitment to complying with the regulations set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

•This initiative aims to strengthen agents’ understanding of customer identification procedures, reporting of suspicious transactions, and    
  risk prevention related to money laundering and terrorism financing. 
•Objectives of the APU PPT Socialization Ensure all Sahabat Insurance agents fully understand compliance standards according to 
  applicable OJK regulations.
• Improve service quality and transaction security for customers. Strengthen agents’ roles in detecting and preventing suspicious 
   activities. 
•Protect the company’s reputation and support integrity within Indonesia’s insurance industry.

Topics Covered in the Training During this program, agents receive in-depth information on: Know Your Customer (KYC) principles. Customer data identification and verification procedures. Reporting of suspicious financial transactions to regulators. Company compliance procedures based on OJK regulations.
